Kate Malcomess Consultancy Ltd, established in January 2000, is located in London and works nationally and internationally. Our philosophy is one of facilitating and enabling clients to develop their own competencies and achieve their own successes. We have an excellent track record working in partnership with leaders and practitioners to enable them to achieve high quality services and effective governance through robust reasoning, decision-making, risk management and reflective practice.

The Care Aims Model, developed by Kate Malcomess, is the best known product of the company but our portfolio of services extends way beyond this to include:
